We are licensed by the Tanzania Customs Service providing Clearing and Forwarding services in Tanzania. We can assist in the clearing and consolidation of shipping, road, rail and air cargo with speed and efficiency. We maintain strong professional affiliation with the concerned cargo service regulatory agencies and ground handling companies.

A clearing and forwarding agent normally undertakes the following activities:
(a) Receiving the goods from the factories or premises of the principal or his agents;
(b) Warehousing these goods;
(c) Receiving dispatch orders from the principal;
(d) Arranging dispatch of goods as per the directions of the principal by engaging transport on his own or through the authorized transporters of the principal;
(e) Maintaining records of the receipt and dispatch of goods and the stock available at the warehouse
A&G Holdings Limited performs clearing and forwarding operations by use of stock of academic knowledge of staffs acquired from Tanzania Institute of Tax Administration and various Universities/Institutions. These operations are performed in the following customs and excise controlled point of cargo entry/borders:

I. Dares Salaam Port -Tanzania Ports Authority
Here the company handles imports from various port of the World to Tanzania, and neighboring countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Congo Brazzaville, Zambia, Malawi and other countries.

These imports are:-
• Containerized cargo (Clothes, Stationery etc)
• Bulk Cargo (Maize, Rice, Fertilizers etc)
• Vehicles (Trucks, SUVs, Sedan, etc)
• Rants, Machinery and Equipments

In addition to the above, the company exports containerized cargo from the above mentioned countries to various ports of the World. The exported cargo include: -
• Copper Blisters, Cathodes etc.
• Cobalt
• Manganese Ore
• Scrap Metal
• East African Black Wood
• Coffee

II Mwalimu Nyerere International Airport - Dar es Salaam Airport Authority.
Here the company handles imports from various airports of the world to Tanzania.

These imports are:-
• Refrigerated commodities(Medicines etc).
• Fragile, Precious and Perishable goods.
• Various Cargo transported with urgency.
• Various Parcels.

III Tunduma Border - Boarder of Tanzania and Zambia
The company established and operates an office at Tunduma Boarder to boost and facilitate customs and excise clearance at Tunduma boarder which is the gateway for all cargo to and fro Zambia, Democratic Republic of Congo and Congo Brazzaville.

The company issues bond for all types of transit cargo in Tanzania. Today, the value of bond for transit cargo is Tshs 2 Billion.
